Mascot Design for MCL – “Dharti putra” Client: MCL – A brand rooted in sustainability and environmental stewardship. Project Scope: Character Design · Visual Storytelling · Brand Mascot · Illustration Overview This project involved the creation of a unique brand mascot for MCL, a company deeply committed to sustainable practices and environmental protection. The goal was to embody their ethos — care for nature, community, and conscious living — in a character that could connect emotionally with audiences across ages. The Mascot – Dharti Putra “Dharti Putra”, meaning Earth’s Thread, is a gentle, thoughtful Indian boy — the son of a farmer. He is deeply connected to the land, nurtured by rural values, and driven by a quiet but fierce love for Mother Nature. He carries with him a seemingly simple toy, a handmade object passed down from generations. But this toy holds hidden powers — symbolic of ancient wisdom and a child's pure intent — which he uses to protect the Earth from harm.
