Color Study | JJ Campus | Master’s Thesis Exploration
Medium: iPad Pro | Procreate Focus: Live Landscape Study + Color Experiments Location: Sir JJ School of Art Campus, Mumbai This project is a part of my Master's thesis, where I explored the emotional and compositional impact of color in landscape illustration. Using the digital flexibility of Procreate on iPad Pro, I conducted on-spot color studies across various locations within the Sir JJ School of Art campus, with a few supported by photographic references. Each artwork is an experiment in color scheme selection, light observation, and spatial mood — aiming to understand how color choices influence storytelling and atmosphere. This study helped refine my visual sensitivity and built a strong base for applying color theory in larger narrative compositions.
